Returns
You may return any item purchased from Eternal Life within 60 days of the delivery date.

Please note: shipping delays caused by customs or couriers are not valid reasons for a return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any issues.

If your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. This doesn't apply to damaged packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 60 days of delivery.

Conditions:
- Exchanges are only available for products of equal value
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid
